In case you had any doubts about the forward signals from planetary latitudes, a timely example from today can be found in the Canadian Dollar.
Recall from W.D. Gann back in his day - he said to make a note of the heliocentric latitude of Mercury, Venus, or Mars on the day a stock or a commodity made its IPO or first trade. Future times when the planet in question passes the exact same latitude are called parallel events. Future times when the planet passes the same latitude (except at the opposite sign) are contra-parallel events.
In May of 1972 Canadian Dollar futures started trading for the first time. Venus at the time was +2.00 degrees latitude. This means that one should watch for future events when Venus is +2.00 degrees (parallel event) or -2.00 degrees (contra-parallel event).
Take a look at the following chart. I have configured it with a plot of Venus latitude in the lower pane. The blue arrow on the plot denotes Venus at -2.00 degrees latitude. This event aligns to August 24 (today).
Therefore, the cosmos was signalling that there would be some sort of a price reaction on the Canadian Dollar today.
Last week we heard that a trade deal was all but in place. Just a few minor details to polish up.
And then, late Friday we heard that the wheels had come off the wagon and trade talks had suddenly broken down. No deal. Walk away.
And what did the Canadian Dollar do today? Answer - it dropped $0.0047 (nearly 1/2 of a cent).
I would call this a price reaction. This is a farly big move all at once.
Venus alerted us that today would see a price reaction. Venus was right.
Let’s now verify this occurrence and let’s see what the near future has in store for the Canadian Dollar.
