The Fed under its new Chairman has now spoken. Interest rates are not going to drop any time soon.

Not exactly what the markets wanted to hear. The S&P 500 was looking decent ahead of the Fed decision. Once the decision was iterated, the S&P 500 threw a hissy fit and fell out of bed.
